Introduction：
Iearned a Master's degree at Southeast University.I am anAssociate Professor in the Department of Engineering Management,School of Civil Engineering, Sanjiang University.My researchfocuses on green building and existing building green retrofitting.I havepublished over 10 academic papers, and served as the chief editor fortextbooks such as Engineering Cost Management and Real EstateAppraisal. My primary teaching responsibilities include courses suchas Engineering Evaluation, Engineering Cost Management, andApplication of BIM Cost Software in Construction Engineering. I haveguided students to participate in various academic competitions,winning more than 20 national and provincial awards.
