Introduction：
Iam an associate professor in the Department of Engineering Managementat the School of Civil Engineering, Sanjiang University. Sincejoining the university in 2013, I have primarily taught courses suchas "Applied Statistics", "International EngineeringContracting", and "Building Intelligence and Management".My main research interests lie in engineering project management andsmart elderly care. I have led and participated in multipleprovincial and ministerial-level projects, and have published over 10academic papers in journals such as "Frontiers in PublicHealth", "Journal of Engineering Management", and"Higher Education in Architecture". Additionally, I haveguided students in participating in various BIM skills competitions,and they have repeatedly won national and provincial awards.
