Introduction：
Bachelor'sand master's degrees from Southeast University.After graduation,Iworked in the real estate industry for 8 years, focusing on projectcost management, bidding & tendering, and supplieradministration. In 2021, I joined Sanjiang University and now serveas Deputy Department Head of Construction Management, School of CivilEngineering, as Associate Professor and Senior Engineer. My researchfocuses on home-based elderly care services and aging in place. Ihave published 5 papers and led a Jiangsu provincial philosophy andsocial sciences project (concluded). I teach Engineering Economicsand Principles of Management, and won first prize in JiangsuMicro-Lecture Competition and second prize in Jiangsu Young TeacherCompetition in Construction Management.
