To meet the requirements of modern engineering construction for innovative and entrepreneurial qualities in construction management talents and to promote students' potential in these areas, the Jiangsu Civil Engineering & Architectural Society held the finals of the '11th Jiangsu University Students Construction Management Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Practice Competition' on November 11, 2023. The competition was hosted by Nanjing Forestry University, the Construction Management Professional Committee, and the Construction Economics and Real Estate Professional Committee of the Jiangsu Civil Engineering & Architectural Society. Students from renowned provincial universities offering Construction Management programs, including Southeast University, Nanjing Forestry University, Nanjing Tech University, and Hohai University, participated in the event. Across the province, 89 entries advanced to the semi-finals of the project category, with 51 reaching the finals, while 38 teams competed in the skills competition finals.
Three student teams from the Construction Management and Engineering Cost programs at Sanjiang University participated in the finals of the Research Report Competition, the Glodon Skills Competition, and the Carbon Emission Skills Competition. They ultimately secured one third prize and two excellence awards. The list of award winners is as follows:

The Jiangsu University Students Construction Management Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Practice Competition meets the demands of modern engineering construction for innovative and entrepreneurial qualities in Construction Management professionals, fostering the innovative and entrepreneurial potential of students in this field across Jiangsu Province. Moving forward, the Department of Construction Management will continue to encourage students to participate in various national and provincial competitions to enhance their ability to absorb and apply knowledge. The department will also strengthen faculty mentorship to strive for even greater achievements in future competitions.
