As part of the celebration activities of the 15^th Anniversary of Sanjiang University, the founding conference of “Sanjiang University Alumni Association” was held in Cuiping Mountain Hotel on 17^th, October, 2008.

The founding conference of the Alumni Association passed the regulations of the Alumni Association of Sanjing University and elected the leading members of the association. Ye Jun, Vice President and Deputy Secretary of General Party Committee Branch of Sanjiang University assumes the office of Chairman of the Alumni Association. Vice Chairmen include eight persons: Zhou Gengsheng, Head of the President’s Office of Sanjiang University; Wang Yong, Director of Publicity Department, Party Committee of Sanjiang University; Qiu Cunjin, Deputy Director of Department of Student Affairs Office and Director of the university’s Admission and Employment Guidance Office; Qu Bojun, Deputy Director of Sanjiang Student Affairs Office and Secretary of the university’s CYL Committee; Cai Yuefei, General Manager of Shanghai Luke Visual Art Design Co. Ltd.; Chen Jianmin, General Manager of Jiangsu Dadu Construction Engineering Co. Ltd.; Zhou Xi from the Government Office of Nanxun District, Huzhou, Zhejiang Province; Shang Bingxu, Deputy Secretary of CPC General Branch of Quanshan District, Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province. On the conference, liaison men of alumni association branches in various regions were also appointed.

On the celebration conference of the 15^th Anniversary of Sanjiang University on Oct. 18, two vice presidents of the Sanjiang University Alumni Association, Cai Yuefei, who is also the general manager of the Shanghai Luke Visual Art Design Company, and Zhou Gengsheng, Head of the President’s Office of Sanjiang University, inaugurated Sanjiang Universtiy Alumni Association. It was reported that on the 18th afternoon, the alumni association of Business School, School of Computer Science and Engineering, and Department of Architecture of Sanjiang University were also established.

Being a bridge of exchange and communication, Sanjiang University Alumni Association serves as an important connection between the alumni and the alma mater as well as a home of for all the alumni of Sanjiang University. All the alumni are welcome to maintain contact with and continue their support for the university in order to establish our common home online with joint efforts.
