杜茂林
中共党员，工学博士学位，副教授。
1985毕业于军械工程学院弹丸专业工学学士学位、1995年毕业于福州大学固体力学专业工学硕士学位、2007年毕业于解放军理工大学防灾减灾工程及防护工程专业工学博士学位；1985年至2017年，先后就职并担任福建永安机械厂军代表和解放军理工大学教师。2018年8月至今，担任三江学院土木工程学院专任教师。
教授主要课程：
理论力学、材料力学、结构力学、工程力学。
主要研究方向：
固体力学、材料在高应变率下的力学行为、黏弹性材料本构关系、分数阶导数理论和应用。
