I. Program Description

The program aims to foster students with the international automobile development perspective and to understand the market and the domestic sales of automobiles and automotive service industry. It has engaged in automobile sales, service, vehicle maintenance, vehicle identification evaluation, financial and insurance and other auto service work capacity, comprehensive use of cars, technology, economics, management and legal knowledge, engaged in automobile sales, auto service, vehicle inspection and maintenance, vehicle insurance and financial management capability. The program aims fully develop students’ overall quality including"intensive foreign language, technology, good service, and good management".     

 The students mainly study automotive technology, car use, car services, and other fields of basic theoretical knowledge, receive a modern automotive system training diagnostics, detection and repair technology, automotive marketing and automotive services, the basic capabilities to work, and are engaged in automotive technology services and business management. Graduates are able to adapt to auto manufacturers sales and after-sales service department, vehicles (including second-hand vehicles) and circulation enterprises, automobile repair services and auto damages evaluation, motor transport and logistics enterprises, etc.

 

II. Learning Outcomes

The graduates should acquire the following knowledge and abilities:

1.       Having a good ideological and moral quality, comprehensive development, moral education, intellectual education, physical culture, aesthetics.

2.       Being proficient in English;

3.       Master mathematics, physics, mechanics, electronics and computer technology and other basic knowledge;

4.       Master the structure and theory of automobile, auto testing and repair, auto service and marketing, finance and insurance and other basic theory and knowledge;

5.       Having the capacity of identification, automotive marketing, testing, maintenance, assessment, etc.;

6.       Understanding automotive technology, services, operation, management, and the latest developments and dynamics;

7.       Having good writing skills, interpersonal communication, and information retrieval capabilities.

This program is a wide caliber of professional. Besides focusing on the basic theoretical knowledge and practical application of basic laboratory skills, capacity building should also be strengthened to expand knowledge of humanities and social sciences and business management.
